ZEPPELIN ATTACKS ON LONDON

A RENEWAL EXPECTED

(Tinws and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received January 21, 8 a.m.) „ LONDON, 20th January. Attention is being concentrated on the expectation of a renewal of Zeppelin attacks on London on a more elaborate scale. The enemy is reported to be preparing a fleet of heavy bomb carrying aeroplanes. It is believed that Germany intends to use Ostend as the base. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and others urge the bombing of German towns as reprisals, and pointing out that similar attacks, in addition to constantly moving the aeroplane patrols, jvvould secure immunity.
