DEATH FROM MENINGITIS
A, private in E. Company, 9th Reinforcements, named 'Arthur Edward Taylor, died at Trentham Hospital on New Year's Day, from cerebro-spinal meningitis. He" was taken ill suddenly -last week. Deceased, who was twenty-four years of age, was a son of Mr. John Taylor, of Whakapirau,. North Auckland. His body was sent north to-day for interment.
