SHIPPING DELAYED
Apparently waterside workers are holiday-making in force to-day, for • the groups of men usually seen along the waterfront are conspicuous by their absence. Enquiries made to-day show that the shortage of workers has. seriously hampered shipping, and several vessels have had to be delayed in consequence. In the case of the HuddartParker. steamer Westralia, it was found impossible.to secure a single gang of workers, and the vessel's ■ departure for Northern ports has been' postponed until to-morrow.. ,-.
