Replying to the question whether large shipments of food through the United States Post~*Office had entered Germany, Lord Robert Cecil (Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs) said that the .Government had communicated with Sir Cecil Spring Rice, and other steps were being taken, to deal with the matter effectively.
