(Received December £, 10' a.m.) PETROGP.AD, Ist December. The Novoc Vremya's Tiilis correspondent states that the Germans have transported a huge quantity of bom'os. Maxims, rifles, and other military supplies from Teheran to Ispahan and Hamadan. Members of the Persian Government palpably sympathise with the foes of the Entente, and the Shah is powerless.
