A popular agitation, which the German agents aro endeavouring to soothe, prevails in Bulgaria on the subject of the claim by lurkey tor the retrocession of the districts in Thrace, which were recently •given to Bulgaria. Constantinople asserts that Bulgaria would be aggrandised by the conquest of Servia owing to Turkey's friendship, but the Bulgarians would not be satisfied with a post-war settlement which did not include the cession of Adnanople.
