PARIS, 4th November. A commiiniijuu states : There was sharp grenade fighting in the trendies in the Lille-road souih-eastward of Neuvilla.
A rapid vigorous attack enabled us to reoccupy the bulk of the advanced trenches in the Ghasse farm district in the Champagne.
The enemy was driven out, notwithstanding a desperate resistance and spraying of liquid fire.
