The High Commissioner reports : . LONDON, 4th Nov., 4.10 p.m. >Petrograd reports : Near Dvinsk, the Russians captured two strong heights at a village named Platonovka, capturing 500 prisoners. The Austrians crossed the River Pulitovku, but were thrown back, and the bridges destroyed. West of Olexinetz we attacked with the bayonet, capturing the enemy's trenches. The Germans, after a hurricane of fire, attacked the village of Semikorsky. We drove the enemy back, taking 5000 prisoners.
