Among the latest arrivals at Mount Felix Hospital, Walton-on-Thames, is a New Zealander, with forty-nine distinct shrapnel wounds, which he received at Gallipoli. LETTERS FOR THE FRONT INADEQUATE POSTAL ARRANGEMENTS. (Received October 18, 9 3.m.) , MELBOURNE, This Day. In spite of many bitter complaints from men at the front and their relatives, the postal arrangements serving the expeditionary Forces are most' inadequate. It is estimated that at present there are 50,000 letters addressed to members of the Expeditionary Forces in the Melbourne Dead Letter Office.
