HOLSTEIN CATTLE SALE
Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, report having a successful sale of pedigree Holstein cattle, on account of Mr. W I. Lovelock, at his homestead "Ftiesland Park," Longburn, on Wednesday. There was a good attendance of the public, and the following sales were effected: — 3-year bull, 90 gs, W. M'Lachlan, Doyleston, Canterbury ; 3-year bull, lOOgs., L. M'Kelvie, Bulls; 20 months bull, 33gs, P. Quinlan, Matamata, Hamilton; 20 months bull, 37gs, B. Gray, Taikorea; yearling bull, 43gs, B. Gray, Taikorea ; yearling, 60gs, F. H. Wright, Kapum, Taranaki; yearling, 30g6, J M'Leavey, Palmerston North ; yearling bull, 30gs, Lovelock Bros., Ashhurst; aged stud cow, 42gs, A. J. Gallichan; 2 yearling heifers, 29gs and 30gs, A. J. Gallichan.
