KILLED AND WQUNDED. Tpr. Fredk. W. Kerr, Canterbury Mounted Rifles (died from wounds) was the ej;- feather-weight amateur boxing champion! of Now Zealand. He at one time pla.ved for the Athletic Football Club, Wellington. Tpr. A. H. Bryant (killed on 28th May) was the, eldest eon of Mr. R. M. Bryant, of Tjritea, Palmerston Novth, and was. born in Wellington. He wap thirty-three years of age, and unmarried. Pte. Hewett Barrtard Brown, who was killed while landing at Gallipoli, was a nephew of Mr. Balcombe Brown, solicitor, of Wellington. Cpl. James Flynn Bradley, who was killed in action at the Dardanelles on 17th May, was educated at the Terrac© School and Technical College, Wellington. Before enlisting he wa6 a sergeant in the 6th Hauraki Regfc. Always keen on compulsory military training, he was a thorough all -round sport and a. crack rifleman. At the call to anne, like many other brave New Zealanders, Cpl. Bradley closed his farm to fight for hts King and country. His younger brother Frank wan previously reported wounded, but recovered and is now back at the front. Sergt. R. A. Boden (killed in action) i was the elder son of Mr. W. F. Boden, of Wellington, and completed hi* education at the Thorndon Normal School. He was with Messrs. M'Callum and Mills, solicitors, Blenhoim, when ho enlisted. Tpr.
