THE BALKAN STATES

RUMANIA READY FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION AN ARRANGEMENT WITH BULGARIA DESIRABLE FIRST (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received June 19, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 48th June.
