WHAT TURKEY IS PREPARED TO CONCEDE (Received June 19, 9.15 a.m.) PARIS, 18th June. The Matin states that Turkey is about to cede to Bulgaria the whole right bank of the lower Maritza, including a portion of Adrianople. The negotiation was carried out under the auspices of Austro-German diplomacy. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received June 19, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 18th June. 'The Times correspondent at Constantinople states that German diplomats are trying to persuade the Turks to cede Dede?gatch (? Adrianople) to Bulgaria, iv the hope of avoiding a rupture. [Dedeagatch already belongs to Bulgaria.] MINISTERS INVITED TO GERMAN HEADQUARTERS. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) LONDON, 18th June. The Kaiser has invited the Bulgarian and Rumanian Ministers to visit the German headquarters.
