EXPLOSION ON A STEAMER
TORPEDO SUPPOSED TO BE THE CAUSE. , (Received June 5, 12.15 p.m.)' LONDON, 4th June. An explosion occurred on the Swedish steamer Lappland, 2238 tons, when fiftyfive miles off Peterhead.
