NEW ZEALAND CASUALTIES THE 36th LIST. The 36th casualty list of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force operating in the Dardanelles was issued last night, containing the names of 2 men killed in action, 2 died of wounds, 2 danger- J ously ill, and 1 progressing favourably. The list brings the total casualties to the New Zealand Expeditionary Force to date to 1533. THE 36th LIST FOUR MORE DEATHS REPORTED. Transferred from Otago Battalion DIED OF WOUNDS OTAGO BATTALION. 8/803 Pte. Robert Grieve Taylor, 30th April (David Taylor, Waikaka Valley, father) 8/1099 Pte. John Lloyd, 29th April (Richard Lloyd, Cust, Canterbury, father) DANGEROUSLY ILL CANTERBURY BATTALION. 6/1358 Pte. Michael M'Gillan (Mrs. B. M'Gillan, John-street, Temuka, mother) OTAGO BATTALION. 8/451 Private Dennis O'Donnell (T. O'Donnell, Thornbury) PROGRESSING FAVOURABLY 8/746 Pte. Thomas .Davis (F. Davis, Aramoho, Wanganui). Laseron, who was wounded at the Dardanelles, was a member of the Mawson Expedition, in the capacity of assistant scientist.
