LEAVING THE FIGHTING AREA. NEW BATTLE DEVELOPING. ; PETROGRAD, 20th February. > O'Scial. — "We are gradually retiring I at Augustovo." The Prime Minister has received the following message from the High Commissioner : — "Petrograd reports : 'On the front between the Niemen and the Vistula, the Russians, in the region of Augustovo, are gradually leaving the sphere of fighting. An action is developing near Osowiec' "
