THE EMPRESS THEATRE
The new programme at the Empress Theatre Continuous Pictures to-day is headed by the Gaumont Company's feature drama "The Tell-tale Photograph," a sensational modern drama, introducing actual aviation scenes. The play is interpreted by prominent Continental performers, and it ia elaborately mounted. A remarkably intelligent act by a trained ape is depicted in "Joseph, tho Ape. The S. and A Company is represented by a striking 1 dramatic portrayal of a romance of the slums of a big_ American city. Tho Universal Weekly includes the latest -news of happenings in various parts of the Dominion. The rest of the series embraces scenic, comic, and industrial items.
