FIRES IN ARMY FACTORIES
A MYSTERIOUS SERD3S. (Received December 8, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, 7th December. Twelve fires have occurred since September in factories engaged upon Army contracts. The causes are officially declared to be unknown.
