THE LIQUOR QUESTION. (BT TELEORAPH.-^KBSS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDtN, This Day. The Presbyterian Assembly this morn ing opened at 10 o'clock with a Communion service in First Church. It "was attended by between four and five hun* dred people, and was a striking speo tHcle. The whole of the bueinesß session was taken tip by a report of the Temperance Committee. Ultimately the following deliverance was adopted; " (a view of the near approach of the licen* ing poll, w^e strongly urge our people to support in every suitable way and vote for local no-license and national prohibition, so that they may do Iheir part in helping to free our land from the eureo of the liquor traffic "
