IRISH MUST HELP ENGLAND.* LONDON, 17th November.! Mr. William O'Brien, Independent Nationalist M.P. for Cork City, replying to his constituents' protest against a suggestion of conscription, wrote : "W» have either got to bid good-bye to Home Rule or help England honestly in this war. Irishmen are being cruelly led astray. Their attitude towards the Go* yernment ia inexplicable, and is furnish' ing certain English politicians with their only excuse for deserting the Home Rule cause."
