REIMS CATHEDRAL
WHAT GERMAN CHANCELLOR STATES. (Received November 2, 2.15 p.m.) ROME, Ist November. Herr yon Bethmann-Hollweg, German Chancellor, has reported to the Vatican that a French observation post has again been installed on the tower of Reims Cathedral, and that this will justify any farther bombardment.
