BRITAIN'S TREATMENT OF PRISONERS
CAMPAIGN IN GERMAN PRESS. (Received November 2, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, Ist November. There is a, campaign in German newspapers against Britain's treatment of prisoners. ~A Dutch editor who has visited several of the camps in England has reported on them satisfactorily. The Cologne Gazette has reproduced an article stating that to English visitors many of the prisoners have expressed gratitude for the recent German newspaper complaints.
