BOMB-DROPPING
ON BETHUNE AND DUNKIRK. • A NUMBER OF WOMEN KILLED. (Received October 31. 8.30 a.m.) PARIS. 30th October. Two German aeroplanes dropped bomb* on Betlmne (20 miles W.S.W. of Lille). One fell amongst a group of women in >the market-place, killing nineteen and wounding forty. Another aeroplahe dropped bombs on Dunkirk, killing a woman and &, child. Tho bomb was loaded with lead bullets and steel nails.
