DESTINATION OF OUTWARD CARGOES

U.S. GOVERNMENT INSTRUCTIONS. (Received October 31, 8.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 30th October. The Government has instructed the port authorities not to disclose, except to the Government, the destination of outward cargoes until a month after clearance. It is understood that this instruction arises out of the belief that immediate information has facilitated the Beizure and search of neutral vessels.
