MINING NEWS WAIHI-PAEROA RETURNS.
(IT TEIAUKAPH— PKESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, 30th October. For the four-weekly pjeriod ended 24th October the Waihi-Paeroa Gold Extraction Company treated 10,000 tons of tailings for a return, of £3150. The company haa now won £11,711 6s 5d from the treatment of 354,200 tons of tailings.
