(PRESS ASSOCIATION.) THE MONTENEGRINS

ENGAGE 15,000 AUSTRIANS. LATTER DEFEATED. CETINJE, 13th October. The Montenegrins engaged fifteen thousand Austrians north-east of Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia, and the engagement culminated in a four hours' bayonet conflict. The Austrians were defeated, losing 2500, while the Montenegrins lost 300, including two generals, who were wounded.
