MILK VENDORS
The annual meeting of tho Wellington Milk Vendors' Association was held yesterday, and was largely attended. Tho secretary reported that tho sum of £40 5s had been collected from members and handed to tho Mayor's Relief Fund. The Town Clerk forwarded a list of registered dairiee.-and it wae decided that tho executive committee make immediate enquiriea into Iho matter of shops vending milk and not being licensed, and that the attention of tho Health Department and the Wellington City Council be drawn to specific instances requiring attention. The special committee set up to watch tho Wellington City Milk Supply Amendment Bill reported that it would givo evidenoo before tho Local Bills Committee to-morrow. Election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows — President, Mr. H. Moffatt ; secretary aud treasurer, Mr. C. J. Duffey ; auditor, Mr. A. J. Petheriok ; executive committee, Messrs. H. Cliisholm, F. Kettlewell, E, Osborne, G. Reid, R. Smith, F. Staveloyj and B. H. "Williams.
