SMALL VESSEL HELD BY GERMANS. <i JAPANESE STEAMER CAPTURED. SYDNEY, 24th September. The steamer Moresby brings news that the Burns-Philp steamer Induna, a small vessel of 699 tons, is held by the Germans as a priz«- at Johiel, in the Marshall Islands. The captain and crew, also Mr. Hayes, the company's agent, are safe, and are held as prisoners of war. The firm's other Island steamers are safe. The Germans captured a Japanese steamer and trapped a number of other vessels at [sland ports before any but themselves were aware of the declaration of war.
