GENERAL ELECTIONS
ANNOUNCEMENT NEXT WEEK. The Prime Minister will make a statement on' Tuesday next as to whether or not tho General Elections shall be postponed. It is understood that the decision of the Government will be to conclude the session somewhere about the middle of October and hold the elections at the usual time.
