i • -»—» — An International Fair will be opened at the Salvation Army Citadol to-night by his Worship the Mayor (Mr. J. P. Luke). Prior to the opening of the fair, the soldiers and band will have a national march through the streets, when those taking part will be attired in the various national costumes of the countries where the Army is at work. The citadel itself presents a fine appearance, the stalls being representative of various nations, whilst the main hall and gallery arc decorated and illuminated with flags and coloured lights. Commissioner , Richards will also be present.
