UNSETTLED WEATHER
A westerly low pressure has dominated the weather during the past few days, and much rain has fallen in tho West Coast and 4 Southern districts. Unsettled condition* have now spread all over the country, except on tho cast coast of the North Island, and squally and showery conditions are the 'rule. There is liko.ly to bo a continuance of unsettled weather with rain generally, and snow on high levels in tho South Island. Strong wostorly winds are likely, changing to southerly by to-morrow. Tho barometer will then rise and colder conditions will follow.
