FRENCH AND GERMAN. DUTCH AND GERMAN WOMEN AND CHILDREN. (Received August 4, 11,45 a.m.) LONDON, 3rd August. Many German and French reservists arc returning to their homes, and there is a great crowd watching their departure. The French arc singing tho British and French National Antlients. The steamer from Flushing brought many Dutch and German women an children seeking Safety in England.
