France, Mavrogordato defeated Germot, 4-6, 7-5, 9-7, 6-2, Parke defeated Decugis, 6-2, 4-6, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3. GERMAN PLAYERS. NO TEAM FOR AMERICA. (Received July 13, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, 12th July. Further consultations between 'players and the Lawn Tennis Association failed to secure a team to go to America to compete for the Davis Cup.
