BAKER POUND DEAD
William Taylor, a baker by trade, wlk> resided at No. 51, Tasman-street, was found dead this morning. He rose from his bed at 3 a.m., informing his wife that he was going to work, and at 7 o'clock Mrs. Taylor discovered his dead body lying on the floor of the washhouse. There was a gaspipe close to the corpse and the gas was turned on. Dr. Perkins was summoned, but his tervices were of no avail.
