The Anglo-American Claims Arbitration Tribunal has decided the case of the illegal seizure of the British ship Lord Kelson by the American. Navy, as Jong ago as sth June, 1912, two weeks prior to the declaration >of war 'between the United States and Great Britain. The tribunal assessed damages of £1000 against the United States, with 93 years' interest.
