Lawrence, £45 16s 6d 5 costs £3 5s 6d; P. Hayman and Co. v. J. M'Millan, £46 15s lid, costs £3 6s 3d! • JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Arthur Backhouse was ordered to pay Mrs. A. Nicholl £7 5s on or before" 9th July, in default seven days' imprisonment, 1 Te Koroneho was ordered to pay the South Pacific Mortgage and Deposit Company, Ltd., the sum of £6 3s 6d on or before 9th July, in default six days' detention ; Claude Pyke was ordered v to pay Maling and Co., Ltd., the sum of £2 6s 6d on or beforo 9th July, or spend forty-eight hours' detention in tho Napier gaol.
