Nicholl £7 5s on or before" 9th July, in default seven days' imprisonment, 1 Te Koroneho was ordered to pay the South Pacific Mortgage and Deposit Company, Ltd., the sum of £6 3s 6d on or before 9th July, in default six days' detention ; Claude Pyke was ordered v to pay Maling and Co., Ltd., the sum of £2 6s 6d on or beforo 9th July, or spend forty-eight hours' detention in tho Napier gaol.
