ANGLICAN BOYS' HOMES

ANNUAL REPORT. The third annual report of the 'Wellington Anglican Boys' Homes Society states that immediately after 'the fire which occurred at the homo on 9th Marah, 1913, the building was restored and leoccupied on 31st May, and formally reopened on sth July. _ A change in the management resulted in the appointment of Miss White as matron. The board was satisfied with the all-round improvement of the boys, mentally and physically, under the efficient management of the matron, whose efforts had been materially aided by the attention which the lads had received at the hands of the head master and staff of the Lower Hutt School, and from the vicar and Mrs. Jones.
