FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION SCHOOLS COMPETITION.
A meeting of the Schools Association Competitions Committee of the Wellington Football Association was held yesterday afternoon. It was decided to recommend that Messrs. Marsdcn and Worboys be added to the committee. Owing to the fact that a number of clubs were undecided as to whether they wouid enter a team for the competitions, tho fixtures for the year were not yet available, ft was decided that entries close on Monday, 24th May. The draw for the games to be played on Friday next resulted as follows': — Northland v. Karori, Anderson Park (Mr. Yeomans) ; Roseneath v. Kilbirnie, Kilbirnie (Mr. Worboys) ; South Wellington v. Island Jiay, Duppa-street (Mr. Sutton) ; Technical School v. Clydequay, Basin Reserve (Mr. Wells) ; To Aro v. Wadestown, Kelburne Park (Mr. Threadgill) ; Worser Bay v. Maranui, No. 1 Miramar (Mr. Arcus) ; Normal, a bye.
