Tho annual meeting oE the FeildiiiK Gas Company wns held in Wellington today, Mr. J. M. Richardoon, chairman of directors, presiding. Tho report and balance-sheet were adopted. Mr. J. J. Williamson and Dr. Fell were- re-elected directorb, and Messrs. Kembor and Son auditors.
The Public Service Commissioners invito applications for tho positions of As-sistant-Inspector of Secondary Schools, and IXiiry instructor, Opotiki.
