Bethuneand Co., in. conjunction with Messrs. W. H. Turobull, at Turnbull and Co.'s rooms, Patiamaistroet, will sell to-morrow at 130 p.m., under instructions from Dr. G. E. Deainer, his surgical instruments, medical books, general literature, and household furniture. Tho furniture safe will commence ab 1.30 p.m., and safe, surgical instruments, and books at 3 p.m. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. announce auction sales to be held at their rooms, 195, Lambton-quay, to-morrow at 2.30 p.m., when two freehold building properties, being part of town aero 258, having front&ge of 33ft to Tni-street by a depth of Gift, each having accommodation of four rooms, will be offered ; aLw> three seasido &ectiom at Seatoun, being part of lots 11 and 12, block 15, each having frontages of 44ft to Hector-street by depths of 100 ft ami situated aL tho corner of Dnndns-street. On Thursday the firm will sell at their rooms at 1.30 p.m. a confcignment ol kapoc and fibre mattresses, etc., direct from the manufacturers at Wanganui. The stock may be inspected on Wednesday afternoon and morning of the sale. Memrs. E. Johnston nnd Co. advertise particulars of a ealo of household furniture and effects in their rooms, 157, Lambton-quay, to-morrow, commencing at 11 o'clock.
