(Received May 13, 2 p.m.) NEW YORK, 12th May/, A message from Bridgetown, Barbadoes, says that Mr. Roosevelt and his party are much annoyed by Sir Clements Markham's scepticism regarding Mr. Roosevelt's discovery of a new river in Brazil. The members of the party said Sir Clements might as well question the existence of the Rhine or the Hudson.
