SCHEME APPROVED BY AUSTRALIAN PREMIERS. (By Telegraph.— Pres« Association.— Copyright.) MELBOURNE, Ist April. At the Premiers' Conference, Mr. Holman moved that 13a ll Grey's Dominion House scheme be approved. He said that the o«Utertce of Australia was. hardly known tff the average Londoner, but an expenditure of £8000 per annum per million of the population would secure a shale in an immense building which would livnl St. Paul's Cathedral as a show place. _ Others described Australia as the least advertised of the dominions. The motion was carried.
Mr. G. Coulter, who carried out the beautiful decorations, at the Grand Opera House, is returning from Sydney to commence the work of re-decorating the old Ppe.r§_ Houae.
