ANOTHER. REMAND., (B? TELEOIMPH rRBSS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, 30th March. George Havelock Green was charged on remand in the Police Court this morning with attempting to commit murder by discharging a revolver at his wife Eleanor Maud Green, at Sawyers' Bay, on 22nd March. Chief-Detective Herbert asked for a remand for eight days. no did not, however, anticipate going on with the case even then, as Mrs. Green was not likely to- be able to leave the hospital for some time. Mr. Irwin, wlio appeared for accused, offered no objection to the remand. He understood that Mrs. Green's jaw was broken. That had only been discovered since accused was last before the Court. Accused was remanded until Wednesday week. I
