CHINESE 'WHITE WOLVES'
A TOWN BURNED. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) PEKIN, 28th March. Two thousand troops occupied Shangchow, near Singau Fu. The White Wolves feinted a retreaty and ignited Shangchow. They routed the troops, and 500 people were incinerated.
