OPUNAKE RAILWAY A HAWERA PROTEST.
(XT TILIUKirn— CRESS ASSOCIATION.) HAWERA; This Day. The Hawera Chamber of Commerce last night passed a resolution piotesting against the action of the Government in departing from the loute of the Opunake ldilway unanimously lecommended by a special Commission. The Chambei pointed out *hat the toute decided on b\ the Government would deprive the laifway of a considerable portion ol levenue.
