GISBORNE, This Day. • In the Supreme Court the case Thomas Cahill v. the (Jisborne Sheep-fanners' Frozen Meat Company, a claim ior £1250 damages for injuries sustained whilst using a hoist U) the company's employ, was heard before Mr. Justice Hoskings and a jury of twelve. The jury gave a verdict for £778 damages. Nonsuit points were reserved.
