George Nathan, auctioneer, has been instructed to sell ISO sections at the Chamber of Commerce, Customhousequay, Wellington, on Wednesday, 11th March, at 8 p.m.. The upset price is from £1 per foot. Messrs. J. H. Bethunc and Co. will sell on Wednesday, 11th March, at 2.30 p.m., at the Chamber of Commerce, a five-roomed cottage near the railway station, Ngaio, and two sections at Ludlam Park, Lower Hutt. On Wednesday, 18th March next, at 2.30 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, they are submitting a property at Sunset Bay (otherwise Manilla Bay), near Day's Bay. The land has an area of 10 acres 1.8 perches, and on it stands a dwelling house of six rooms, boat and motor shed. The firm insert an amended list of business and residential properties which they have on their books for private sale; also a number of houses to^ let, both furnished and unfurnished, offices, and storeroom accommodation.
