RECORDS ESTABLISHED. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables.) (Received February 4, 8.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, 3rd February. The railways established records for all branches during 1913. The passengers carried increased by five millions, freight by 17,548,000 tohs, and employees by 22,751, while 12,398 miles of new tracks were under construction. The gross earnings per tarin mile totalled 8751 dollars compared with 6397 in 1908. " ■ —
