Big River Mine for the month of January crushed 630 tons, which yielded 625 bzs 5 dwts of gold, and the cyanide 124 ozs 16 dwte, of an estimated value of £2815. The Pactolus dredge gay« 15 oz« for 124 hours. f GOLD RETURNS. AUCKLaInB, 3rd February. The gold returns from the Auckland district during tho past year amounted to £860,448. The VVaihi mine headed the list with returns valued at £331,995.
