PLOT TO FORM A SLAV STATE
UNDER SERVIAN SOVEREIGNTY. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Times— Sydney Sun Sptcial Cables.) VIENNA,- 22nd October. The police at Fiume (an Austrian port on the Adriatic) assert that they have discovered a plot to form a Slav State, under the sovereignty of Servia. The ramifications of the plot extend to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Dalmatia, Croatia, Istria, and Trieste. There have been many arrests.
